How to Book Your Fitting Visit
From choosing your dresses to receiving your confirmation — a simple visual guide to booking your visit at Sophia Atelier.
- STEP 01
Browse the Collection
Open the Collections page and explore our bridal gowns. Use the category and collection filters to find your style faster.
Tip: Added your wedding date already? Each dress shows whether it is available on your day.

Open the Dress Details
Tap any dress to open its details: photos, fabric, color, suitable weight and the fitting & trying fee.

Save It to Your Wishlist
Love a dress but not sure yet? Tap “Add to Wishlist” to keep it, then move your favorites to the bag anytime.
- STEP 04
Add Dresses to Your Bag
Tap “Book a Fitting Appointment” to add the dress to your selection bag. Repeat for every dress you want to try.
Tip: You can try up to 3 dresses in one visit.
- STEP 05
Create Your Account or Sign In
When you tap the booking button for the first time, we ask for your name, mobile number and city. Already registered? Just sign in with your phone or email.
Tip: Your account lets you follow your visit and dress journey from “My Bridal Journey”.
- STEP 06
Choose Your Visit Date & Time
In the bag, pick the day you would like to visit the atelier and a time between 1:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
Tip: Closed days and fully booked times are not shown, so every option you see is available.
- STEP 07
Enter Your Wedding Date
Add your wedding / event date. We instantly check every dress in your bag for your visit day and your wedding day.
Tip: A ✓ means the dress is available. If one is booked, you can change the date or choose another dress. Visits can be booked up to 4 months before the wedding.
- STEP 08
Accept the Visit Rules & Book
Read the boutique visit rules, tick the agreement box, then tap “Book a Visit for My Dresses”.
Tip: Ladies only: up to two companions with the bride, no children, and entry is by order of arrival.
- STEP 09
Your Visit Is Booked!
You will see a confirmation message right away, and our team will send you the visit details on WhatsApp.
Tip: If you have visited us before, your request is sent for review and our team will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm it.
